Charlottetown after dark
Charlottetown's slots stay on from 11 am until 1 am on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday, Friday and Saturday push the close to 2 am. That late hour is counted with the evening it follows, so Friday's session on the slots wraps up at 2 am, which is already Saturday. Races from other tracks fill the screens of the Simulcast Theatre every day, from 11 am until midnight.
The Charlottetown Table Games room has hours of its own. Blackjack, baccarat and a Texas Hold'em game played against the dealer start at 12 noon Friday through Sunday, while Monday through Thursday they wait until 4 pm. On Saturday poker begins at 4 pm; on Thursday and Friday it waits for 6 pm, and Sunday to Wednesday there is none. Roulette is a Thursday, Friday and Saturday game only, with the wheel going from 6 pm. Every table runs until close, and Red Shores attaches no hour to that.

Summerside shuts earlier midweek
Red Shores at Summerside offers VLTs only on its floor, and simulcast betting there shares the floor's hours. Sunday to Thursday, both start at 11 am and wrap up at 11 pm; Friday and Saturday, closing time shifts later, to 1 am. Charlottetown stays open longer on weeknights, with slots running Sunday to Wednesday until 1 am, and on Thursday until 2 am. Arrive at the Summerside hall past 11 pm on a Tuesday, and that floor will be done for the night.

Kitchens close before the floors
Downstairs in Charlottetown, O'Brien's serves 11 am to 8 pm Sunday through Wednesday and to 10 pm Thursday through Saturday. Red's runs 4 pm to 10 pm Sunday through Wednesday, then 11 am to midnight Thursday through Saturday. That makes Red's the kitchen that lasts to midnight on those three nights. Top of the Park posts its Sunday brunch and race-night buffet, but no hours. Charlottetown table bookings go by phone only, at 902-620-4264.
